Specialty Art
Special graphics, murals and creative art applications will be considered and workups can be provided for consideration and ultimately for artistic creation.
Below is an example of a graphic done for UNM of the LOBO Pawprint between Casas Del Rio student dormitory buildings. We also painted all dorms exteriors. We have painted all interiors student apartments turnovers ("turns") for over a decade.
Considerations
Dependent upon volume of amount of work involved in doing so, these services would be at added cost beyond the scope of painting work.
3GEN can possibly provide assistance with landscaping needs relative to sales and/or rental properties.
3GEN can potentially assist with move-in/move-out of belongings prior to painting.
Minor repairs that could potentially enhance the painting project is another possibility in terms of added services.
